DELIVERY

All offers are subject to confirmation. Delivery can take place as long as the supply lasts. Due to the variety of articles each model cannot be available at any time, therefor we kindly ask for your understanding and patience. We do our best to supply as early as possible. Current items in stock are usually dispatched within one week. Your order will be delivered by Austrian mail. Novelties that are not available yet will be marked down and sent out immediately after the delivery of the shipment by our supplier. As a matter of course a monthly part delivery can be done as well. Shipment within Austria will be insured up to an order value of € 300,00.

DATA STORAGE

Data necessary for the transaction are processed and saved electronically. Personal data are confidential and will not be forwarded to a third party.

PRICES, SHIPPING AND HANDLING, PAYMENT

Except where noted otherwise, the list price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. The prices include Austrian VAT at 20%. Shipping and handling within Austria up to an order value of € 50,00 is a flat rate of € 4,00 from an order value upwards of € 51,00 shipment and handling is for free. Nevertheless C.O.D. charge will be charged, unless the payment was already received by bank transfer. Packages sent abroad will be charged all arising expenses. We exclusively deliver against cash in advance or cash on delivery. Domestic customers might also use bank transfer to safe the C.O.D. charge. For shipment abroad please pay in advance by money transfer or by sending a bank check issued in Euro. Please be aware the Euro checks are accepted up to € 400, --. Please mind that we receive the full amount invoiced including the shipment costs. For shipments outside the EU we will charge the actual postal charges.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

MAILING: Be aware of the time limit to pick up your package. In case it is returned we will have to charge you with the costs for a new delivery.

IMPORTANT!

Upon receiving the package you will have to sign. Please endorse "conditional acceptance". Only this way you can claim a possible damage. Without this endorsement any claims are pointless. Mail will refuse any adjustment of claims. In case the package is damaged before acceptance please reclaim immediately. You can also inform us via e-mail.

EXCHANGE/LIABILITY

We offer a 14 days conversion right. Please note that we only take back u goods in unused condition and in the original packaging. According to the legal requirements in Austria we cover the cost for the return mail from an order value of € 40, -- upwards. Our warranty does not cover improper storage. The warranty of the vendor is exclusively confined to the value of the goods.

RETURN

To avoid misunderstandings please contact us via e-mail before sending back the item. Please use the transportation packaging for the return and pad it out sufficiently. Please understand that we only can take back goods that are in a condition to be re-sold. Carriage forward returns will not be accepted unless you are entitled for reclamation. You will receive a replacement if you wish or a corresponding credit.

RETENTION OF TITLE

Delivered goods remain the absolute property of the Groebner Inc. until fully paid. The customer is responsible for proper storage until fully paid. The goods are deemed to be paid once all payments including any interest for delay or overdue fines out of the contract are received.

FINAL PROVISIONS

In case some parts of the above mentioned business conditions should change the rest will remain valid. Vendor and vendee agree that the place of performance and place of jurisdiction is explicitly Neunkirchen/Austria.
